Application FOR 2024 CLINIC

Applying for the 2024 CBUA Evaluation Umpire Clinic in Westfield, Indiana does not guarantee your selection. All applications will be reviewed by a committee consisting of CBUA members. You will be notified by email of your selection.

CLINIC PAYMENT OPTIONS

Once you have been notified of your selection, you will have 72 hours to make a deposit or full payment to secure your spot.
